At Bike Lover USA, we want you to ride with confidence; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all bicycles and accessories are in their original, unused condition with all factory packaging intact.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the items in their original manufacturer box and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure our technicians can identify your return quickly.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for safety and quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
